Home Equity credit lines enable you to advance up to 80% of the equity in your residence. You can use the money for home improvements, vacations, weddings, car purchase, holiday buying, landscaping, a second residence or condominium, and much more. You don't have to use the money just for your home improvement. It is nice to have open and established and ready for use.

We will bill you monthly for interest with an index based on the Prime Rate and only on the amount you actually have outstanding. During the term of your credit line principle may be advanced, repaid and re-advanced at your convenience, utilizing your Bank of Coral Gables Home Equity Line of Credit account. You will not have to maintain a separate account just for your line of credit.

The interest you pay may be tax deductible. Consult with your tax advisor to review your specific situation.
